Trauma and PTSD
Experiencing trauma can leave lasting emotional imprints. Whether recent or past, its effects can surface in unexpected ways. You don’t have to carry this alone. Healing is possible with the right support.
Trauma is the ultimate thief. It may have robbed your past, but it doesn't have to rob your future.
Our Services Include:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain process and heal distressing or overwhelming experiences that may feel “stuck” in the nervous system. Using guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful memories, negative beliefs, anxiety, triggers, and past experiences while supporting emotional healing, resilience, and nervous system regulation.
Inner Child Work
The “inner child” refers to the emotional parts of ourselves that may still carry unresolved pain, fear, shame, abandonment, criticism, or unmet emotional needs from earlier experiences. Through self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional processing, inner child work can help foster a stronger sense of safety, connection, self-worth, and emotional healing within ourselves.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a guided therapeutic approach that uses deep relaxation and focused attention to help access underlying thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and behavioural patterns that may exist beneath conscious awareness. Clients remain fully aware, present, and in control throughout the process. In this deeply relaxed state, many people are able to gain greater insight, process emotional experiences more effectively, and access thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy alone.
Quantum Biofeedback
Quantum biofeedback is a holistic, mind-body approach designed to help increase awareness of stress patterns within the body and nervous system. Using specialized technology, biofeedback aims to monitor physiological and energetic stress responses while supporting relaxation, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and overall emotional well-being.
